Rihanna and David La Chapelle reach agreement on charges of plagiarism in the music video for "S & M"

Rihanna and David LaChapelle have reached an agreement after the photographer handle the singer and her record label for plagiarism in the music video S & M. According to LaChapelle, the singer had copied images from one of his photo shoots for the video track from the album "Loud".

The photographer sued Rihanna in 1 million dollars and said he had nothing against the singer. "I like RiRi. This is not personal, strictly business. Musicians often pay for snippets of other songs or when using the beat of someone and there should be differences when you use images of an artist."

The value of the agreement between Rihanna and David Lachapelle was not disclosed, but the representative of the photographer said he was satisfied.
